A restorative descent into embodiment and peace A few days after expansion, we gather within the amber glow of the Himalayan Salt Cave—the womb of the Earth. Here, we return home to breath, stillness, and the wisdom of the body. As the salt air soothes and purifies, the nervous system settles. What was received in light now roots into matter. Through gentle sound, grounding meditation, and deep rest, we anchor the frequencies of heaven within the heart, allowing illumination to become lived wisdom. This is the sacred descent: where the sky meets the soil, and Spirit takes form through you.
